- Interfering with the functionality or security of the platform;
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data;
- Submitting false, misleading, or unlawful content;
- Using automated tools to access the platform without permission.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access if we determine that your use violates these Terms.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account. You agree to:
- Keep your login credentials secure;
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information;
- Ensure that content submitted through the platform (such as freight inquiries, attachments, or messages) is lawful and does not infringe on any third-party rights.
You assume full responsibility for all communications initiated or managed through Fregix.
Service Nature and Limitations
Fregix is a technology platform that facilitates the automation of freight inquiries, communications, and data processing. It does not provide freight forwarding, transportation, or customs brokerage services.
We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or timeliness of any freight quotations or third-party responses generated or routed through the platform.
Intellectual Property
All content and materials provided through Fregix — including software, algorithms, designs, branding, and documentation—are owned or licensed by Fregix LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute any part of the platform without prior written consent.
Privacy
Your use of Fregix is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the platform, you consent to the practices outlined in the Privacy Policy.
Third-Party Services
Fregix may integrate with third-party tools and services (e.g., AI providers, email services). We are not responsible for the reliability, policies, or actions of any third parties and disclaim liability for any issues arising from their use.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Fregix is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or service continuity.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fregix LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, resulting from your use of Fregix.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fregix LLC, its affiliates, and personnel from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of Fregix, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
